Procrastination involves delaying a task, often until the last minute or after the deadline has passed. In many students’ lives, they come across the point when they have to do some important things but still, they will not do it, which is the reality of most single students. In procrastination you know, you have to do some important thing, in fact, you also want to work towards it, you know that the exam is coming, and you want to score well on it but still you will not study for it, this is called Procrastination.

Why do we do Procrastination?

There are many reasons for procrastination, and a common one is our expectation of perfection. For example, if we prepare for an exam, we will bring a top in, but then we start feeling afraid. Because when we expect big results, we feel very scared and what is the matter that I tested, I am preparing but still got very low marks, So the fear of this method stops us from even starting those things.

Another issue is constantly switching focus. For instance, Today, you decided that you are going to study for exams. Tomorrow, you decide that you are going to learn to code, the day after tomorrow you think that you are going to learn Guitar. So, the problem is that you cannot follow through in one direction. You will not hold on to anything and work towards it, you only have ideas in it. Your decision-making becomes very good. There is a lot of creativity in us but that execution never comes. Today execution is necessary for success.
