Dogs help in Loneliness – “A dog is the only thing on earth that loves you more than you love yourself.” -Josh Billing
The era of COVID-19 has forced us to stay at home. Locking completely down and staying isolated is a big challenge. Fear and anxiety about this new disease are giving us extreme stress and loneliness. This affects a person’s thinking, feeling, mood, and behavior. The feeling of sadness, isolation, and other emotional or financial stresses are raising the risk of depression and even suicide. In this severe and challenging time, one must have someone who could be with us and make us happy.
Positive vibes with Dog – I feel Dogs are a big source of happiness. I am lucky to have a dog, Bruzo. He is my best friend. If I feel down, I pet him and get rejuvenated. His presence always gives me a feeling of joy and love. Whenever he looks at me, his innocent eyes make our connection stronger. His presence fades away the fear and stress we have about COVID-19. I enjoy his care and love for me. His hug without expectation is a blessing.
“Dog is God spelled backward.”
