Children are always curious. They look the surroundings differently. In fact, the are a big keen observer. You may find them asking questions that sometimes difficult to answer them. Question 1 : Why is sky mostly Blue ?

The sky is blue for a reason. Sunlight reaches Earth’s atmosphere and is scattered in all directions by all the gases and particles in the air. Blue light is scattered in all directions by the tiny molecules of air in Earth’s atmosphere. Blue is scattered more than other colors because it travels as shorter, smaller waves. This is why we see a blue sky most of the time.

The color of a sky can be changed by adding other colors to it. For example, if you are standing on a hill and looking down at a valley full of trees, then the valley will have a greenish-blue color because of all the chlorophyll in the leaves.

Question 2 : Why is water colourless, odourless and tasteless ?

Water is, to a first approximation, colorless because it doesn’t absorb light in the visible spectrum to any great extent and what it does absorb it does it pretty much evenly but a bit more for red and less for blue.

Water is tasteless because we don’t have any taste receptors for water which makes sense as our taste buds are immersed in saliva which is mostly water.

There are a lot of reasons why people are always busy in the mobile phone, such as the people have too many things to do and they have to manage their time wisely.

The other reason is that they need to do so many tasks at the same time because it is easier to get things done with a mobile phone. It also means that people can use their time more efficiently.

Some other reasons are that people spend too much time on social media or playing games on their phones, which means they don’t have enough free time for themselves.
